I came up with some ideas, and I’d love to hear some feedback. I’m open to suggestions on any tier as well!

Tier: 2
Intended Ability: Drawn to areas and beings with high levels of excitement or agitation (“madness”). Can tell how rational or irrational others are thinking and acting in the moment, and how likely their irrationality is to become harmful. Others who have become overexcited and irrational are easily swayed by this Triceridos (e.g. to perform a certain act this Triceridos suggests, whether that be a chaotic or wise suggestion).

Tier: 3
Intended Ability: Stabilizes others’ excitement, which prevents them from making regrettable irrational decisions. Alleviates worry caused by someone's “madness,” both in the excited being and witnesses. (Thereby “fixing” the “madness” without stifling it.)

Tier: 4
Intended Ability: Can strengthen, weaken, or redirect others' erraticism. (Author's note: Redirection; might be influencing them to perform one act instead of another. Weakening cannot altogether stop it, but once weakened the subject will likely have enough control to “snap out of it” if they choose.) Can shorten or lengthen another's episode of erratic behavior.

Tier: 5
Intended Ability: Can inflict “mad” excitement on others. May target an individual or the surrounding area, depending on wisdom and strain.

Tier: 6
Intended Ability: Can transform into its namesake, the hare. Can transform parts of its body (e.g. crest “ears,” legs) to access superior abilities (e.g. hearing, speed, jump).
