The phrase "not my circus, not my monkeys" is a Polish idiom that means "it's none of my business" or "I'm not getting involved". In Polish, it is "Nie mój cyrk, nie moje małpy". The original Polish expression has a singular monkey, while the English adaptation has a plural number of monkeys.

I got in touch with my Polish roots with this one! I didn't know the idiom originally came from Poland! Of course, I included two monkeys for balance.
