I would like to use a Spark of Insight to give PARA-295-Noise their next MAGIC tiers.
Next Tier: 3, 4, 5, 6
(if magic) Ability:
3 - Can smooth noise, making it easier to hear.
4 - Can manipulate noise.
5 - Can create noises- All sorts of noises!
6 - Their form becomes more glitchy, resembling visual noise.

2 - Has an attunement to those born under the sign of Cancer. Easily spots them out of a crowd- people, animals, or plants.
3 - Can help heal those born under the sign of Cancer.
